Another beautiful California summer is opening up to us, and throughout we will have wonderful opportunities to pursue more than just some time in the sun.  While summer is a great time to spend with the The Son in worship, as well as with the family of God, these things should not wind down when the summer ends.  These opportunities can be great foretastes of heaven, especially as they are enjoyed year round with an attitude of thanksgiving to the Father who gives us all things for our enjoyment (1 Timothy 6:17).

We invite you to explore our website and discover the many ways that you and your family can have a SON-filled life along with us, discovering and enjoying the new life in Christ that we have found.

The Bible speaks of following Jesus Christ as a "new life" and that when we choose to follow Jesus we become a "new creation." When a person chooses to trust Jesus for the forgiveness of their sins, the Holy Spirit causes their heart to change from "stone" to "flesh". We gain a new power to live a new life following Jesus, instead of being enslaved to the sins that have entangled us. God offers this fresh start to anyone who asks him for forgiveness and turns away from their sins.

New Life Community Church consists of people who are discovering this new life. In fact, we exist to bring this new life in Christ to all people. Some of us have known him most of our lives, and others of us have just begun to follow him. All of us are incredibly grateful to such a loving God who has poured out his mercy on us. We invite you to join us for worship this Sunday, and then get involved in one of our smaller groups where you can connect with other people of similar interests or needs.

Sundays - 9:30 am // Worship You are invited to our contemporary, reverent worship services. Pastor Ralph will be doing a sermon series this summer from the book of Ecclesiastes. Children up to grade 5 are excused for PrimeTime during the sermon and a nursery is available for babies and toddlers.

July 21-25 - 6:30 - 8:30 pm // Vacation Bible School for kids entering Kindergarten through those who have finished grade 5. Surf's up, so grab your surfboard and head for the waves! During VBS 2008, kids will know, speak, and live God's truth - aloha style.  Contact church office for registration information.

Every Monday - 6:00 pm // Church Softball — Calling guys & gals, dust off your mitts, and join the team. Field places vary - call church office for schedule & field.

Second Saturday of the month - 7:30 am // Men's Breakfast & Fellowship — Meet at church.

Every Wednesday - 6:30 pm // Women's Bible Study - Studying 1 John — A beautiful garden setting ... warm friendship with sisters in Christ ... the sweetness of God's Word.
